- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, development, and offboarding.
- Report KPIs and provide analysis and interpretation of trends and propose action plans to drivestrategic improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflictseffectively.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage compensation and performance management cycles.
- Oversee workforce planning and the hiring of staff to ensure organizational needs are met.
- Design & implement training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal and companystandards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and improve workforce efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to support culture development, employee engagement, and workplacesatisfaction.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and strategic objectives.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution in a fair andprofessional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to travel to other facilities as required
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is an asset.
