About the role
As an integral part of the team, the full-time remote Gaming Regulation Associate will conduct trade practice surveillance, assist with regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with market regulations to maintain the integrity of prediction markets.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct day-to-day trade practice surveillance and support the onboarding of new customers
Assist with the composition of regulatory filings to the CFTC in a timely and accurate manner
Identify, investigate, and escalate potential trade practice violations in accordance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in market regulation or compliance within a DCM, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulatory oversight body
Flexibility to support rotating shifts during live market coverage windows
Familiarity with case management and market surveillance tooling is preferred
Interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or financial markets
