About the role
- Achieve and exceed significant individual sales targets while contributing to overall showroom goals
- Identify, plan, and execute activations and events that will drive incremental revenue and build brand awareness
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from first touch through purchase and post-sale follow-upIdentify, prospect, and develop relationships with residential and trade clients
- Deliver elevated, tailored experiences to walk-in and appointment-based clients
- Serve as product and brand expert, guiding clients towards solutions that align with their aesthetic, functional, timeline, and budget needs
- Stay fluent in product knowledge, customization options, and care recommendations
- 5+ years of experience in luxury furnishings, interior design, or similar A&D client facing role
- Strong existing network of trade and interior designers
- Entrepreneurial spirit and approach to building a book of business
- Strong interpersonal skills with an intuitive, hospitality-driven approach to service
- Confident communicator with strong organization and follow-up habits
- Passion for design, furniture, materials, and the luxury home space
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and excited by a growing, fast-paced brand
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing detailed order workflows
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
- Physically able to be on the floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
