About the role

Considine Search seeks a Paralegal to support its Real Estate Practice Group in multiple preferred locations. The role involves due diligence, preparing and reviewing real estate conveyance and closing documents, and coordinating closings with title companies and surveyors. Qualified candidates will have a Paralegal Certificate or related degree (preferred) and at least 5 years of related experience. Proficiency with MS Office, iManage, Kofax, and Orbital is expected.
