Role Summary:The Functional Lead – Dynamics 365 CE leads CE functional delivery, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective customer engagement solutions. This role works closely with Solution Architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful end user adoption and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements for CE solutionsConfigure Dynamics 365 CE modules and componentsLead UAT, training, and user adoption activitiesSupport integrations and data migration validationAct as functional escalation point for issuesRequired Qualifications5–8+ years of CE consulting experienceStrong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modulesExperience working with Power PlatformExperience creating & managing work backlogs and writing User StoriesExperience using Azure DevOps (ADO)Experience delivering projects via hybrid waterfall/agile methodologies including ScrumPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with Omnichannel or Field ServicePL-200 or equivalent certificationTechnical ExpertiseHands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE functional configuration across Sales, Service, and related appsStrong understanding of Dataverse entities, relationships, and business rulesExperience configuring forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security rolesKnowledge of Power Automate for workflow and business process automationAbility to validate and support data migration, imports, and integrationsExperience leading UAT cycles, defect triage, and functional validationUnderstanding of user adoption strategies, training, and change managementFamiliarity with solution management and environment governanceDeliverables & ExpectationsFunctional specificationsUser training materialsAdoption and optimization support
