About the role
Supporting audiovisual technology in a remote capacity, the contract AV Technical Specialist will deliver operational support for meetings, conferences, and live events while troubleshooting technical issues and preparing presenters with necessary technology.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on audiovisual operational support for campus meetings, conferences, and live academic events
Onboard and prepare presenters with required event technology prior to session start times
Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical field issues independently to minimize disruption
Required qualifications:
Strong background in audio/visual support, video conferencing, and live event setup
Proven technical troubleshooting capabilities with field equipment and hardware
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree required
