Employment Type: Contract-to-HirePay Rate: $50 – $60/hour on W2.No C2CClient: Major Investment FirmAbout the TeamJoin a team of change agents who coach, teach, and guide individuals using Agile principles, practices, and frameworksPartner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to improve the End User ExperienceBring strong problem solving, communication, teamwork, business insight, inclusive leadership, and a continuous learning mindsetKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product owners to understand needs and define feature storiesWork with tech leads on technical design and with team members to understand systems end-to-end and deliver robust solutions with business impactBring knowledge of relevant and emerging technologies, provide feedback, and embed learning and innovation into daily workSolve problems of diverse scope that require evaluation of identifiable factorsEnsure teams live Agile values and principles and follow agreed-upon processes to deliver committed solutionsPromote and support Agile principles by helping everyone understand applied theories, practices, rules, and valueAct as a true servant leader to the team and the larger organizationHelp stakeholders outside the team improve their interactions with the team to increase value deliveredSupport all aspects of risk management and impediment resolutionRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or comparable Agile delivery leadership roleExperience with Agile development methodologiesKnowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes needed for sound decision makingAbility to leverage diverse ideas, experiences, and perspectives for the benefit of the organizationCommitment to continuous learning through self-initiativeExcellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience With Several of the FollowingAgile principles and frameworks, including story writing, estimation, facilitation, and continuous improvement (CI) Performing the Scrum Master role on teams with highly complex outcomesFacilitating and tracking Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), prioritization, backlog refinement, and specialty workshopsDelivery, reporting and metrics, and Agile toolchains (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificationScrum Master experience supporting multiple teams in the financial services industryProject Management experienceUnderstanding of Device Lifecycle Management
