About the role

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Developmental Specialist for sleepover shifts in Jamestown, NC. This role focuses on supporting individuals with mental health, developmental, or related challenges to achieve personal goals in a residential setting. Sleepovers are required across multiple evenings and mornings, with travel as needed. You will work to develop relationships, advocate for rights, document progress, and assist with daily living tasks while ensuring safety and adherence to program
