About the role

This is a heavy administrative procurement role supporting day-to-day procurement operations, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, securing approvals, coordinating signatures, and managing the business card program. The ideal candidate will have procurement or buying experience, along with strong data entry, data processing, research, and administrative skills. Candidates without direct procurement experience may be considered if they have strong administrative experience with high-volume data entry and data processing.
Key Requirements: Strong research and organizational skills Data entry and data processing experience Ability to follow instructions and process tasks accurately Procurement/buying experience is a plus Docu Sign experience required Strong Microsoft Office skills requiredi Manage or other document management system experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Location: Denver, CO/ Los Angeles, CA
