About the role

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Director of 5S & Workplace Organization to lead an enterprise-wide 5S program across steel pipe and tube manufacturing facilities. You will develop strategy, governance, training, auditing, and implementation roadmaps, driving safety, productivity, quality, and engagement. The role requires hands-on change leadership, extensive North America travel, and a proven track record in industrial manufacturing environments with Lean knowledge.
