Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts Read and interpret basic blueprints and welding symbols Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality Support general department tasks such as grinding, cutting, and clean up
Qualifications:
Ability to weld aluminum or willingness to learn Solid understanding of welding safety practices Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Positive attitude and eagerness to improve Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
