About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy "C" Level Executive. This role is onsite 5 days a week in DC area and requires about 25% travel in both professional and personal capacities. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and creates structure around a demanding 24/7 schedule. If you are an experienced Executive Assistant with 1/1 support experience who enjoys supporting at the highest level and is comfortable with travel and a dynamic schedule, we would love to hear from you. This position is an individual contributor role with no direct reports or team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to C Suite Executive including extremely complex calendar and inbox management
- Extensive 1/1 "C" Suite experience. Sole experience supporting one Executive
- Prepare meeting materials, briefings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Manage personal related tasks, appointments, and projects to create additional bandwidth for the Executive
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for executives by interfacing directly with airlines, hotels, car service, etc.; resolving any travel-related conflicts or schedule changes; and completing and submitting related expense reports in a timely fashion.
Maintain calendars of events and appointments for designated senior executives by scheduling calls, appointments, and meetings; securing meeting space and meeting facilities/catering; and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure effective use of time and resources
