Wallick is hiring an experienced project scheduling professional to own and drive integrated scheduling across the full project lifecycle. This highly collaborative role will partner across Development, Construction, Finance, the PMO, and other key stakeholder groups to create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identify dependencies and risks, and strengthen coordination from project initiation through completion. What You Will Build • Enterprise scheduling standards and governance processes• Master portfolio schedules and lifecycle schedules• Executive dashboards and forecasting tools• Project lifecycle reporting and portfolio analytics• Recovery plans and mitigation strategies Own Enterprise Scheduling Program Serve as Wallick's enterprise scheduling authority. Develop standards, governance procedures, schedule templates, WBS structures, and scheduling documentation. Manage Portfolio Schedules and Forecasts Create and maintain enterprise schedules, forecast project milestones, monitor critical path performance, and identify schedule risks. Drive Reporting and Forecasting Prepare executive dashboards, schedule health reporting, variance analysis, and milestone forecasting. Coordinate Project Lifecycles Work with Development, Finance, Design, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Property Management, and Asset Management teams. Lead Recovery Planning and Continuous Improvement Develop recovery schedules, perform delay analysis, and improve forecasting and governance processes. What We're Looking For An analytical, organized professional who can influence teams through expertise, data, structure, and accountability. PMP Preferred but not required. What You Bring • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• 5+ years scheduling, project controls, project management, or construction experience• Advanced Microsoft Project proficiency• CPM scheduling expertise• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Helpful Experience • LIHTC and affordable housing developments rating• Power BI, Procore, Yardi• Executive dashboard rep • Schedule recovery planning Wallick’s Mission & Values At Wallick Communities, we believe in opening doors to homes, opportunity, and hope for our residents, associates, and community.
