About the role
Our client is seeking a Phone Distribution Associate to support shareholder services by managing inbound call traffic and delivering accurate, scripted responses. This role helps maintain a stable, efficient contact center environment designed to minimize disruption for shareholders during peak activity or transitional periods. This is a short-term project and is fully onsite. Base pay range $19.00/hr - $19.00/hr Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from shareholders with professionalism and accuracy.Follow approved, scripted responses to ensure consistency, compliance, and clear communication. Route calls appropriately based on established workflows and shareholder needs. Provide timely and accurate information regarding accounts, processes, and service options. Document call details in the appropriate systems with precision. Participate in required training to ensure understanding of procedures, systems, and regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support overall contact center performance and service goals. Maintain a strong customer-service focus to uphold SS&C's commitment to client satisfaction.QualificationsCustomer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication skills Ability to follow scripts and procedures Reliable and detail-oriented Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role noted in this job posting.
