Role Description:
Health Data Movers (HDM) is looking for an experienced Cadence/Prelude Consultant to support build, configuration, and optimization of Epic's Cadence (Scheduling) and Prelude (Registration) modules for our healthcare clients, from design through go-live and post-live support.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and test scheduling workflows (templates, visit types, referrals) and registration build (patient identity, insurance, guarantor accounts)Partner with scheduling, registration, and revenue cycle stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting scheduling and registration issues in real time Maintain build documentation and adhere to client change control processes Benefits and Compensation Competitive Hourly RateMANY Bonus Opportunities! HDM Swag Required Experience:
2+ years of experience building and supporting Epic Cadence and/or Prelude Epic certification in Cadence, Prelude, or both (current or eligible for recertification)Experience with scheduling templates, referrals, patient identity, and registration workflows Strong communication skills for working with scheduling, registration, and revenue cycle staff
Preferred Experience:
Dual certification in both Cadence and Prelude Additional Epic certifications (Grand Central, Resolute, ADT, etc.)Prior healthcare scheduling or registration background Experience with multiple go-lives or multi-site rollouts*Applicants must currently reside and perform all work within one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.
