About the role
To oversee regulatory examination processes and inquiries, the full-time salaried Regulatory Counsel Executive will manage compliance strategies and provide legal guidance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Managing regulatory examinations and inquiries, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters
Developing and implementing compliance strategies to mitigate risks associated with regulatory issues
Required qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Significant experience in regulatory compliance or legal roles within financial services
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing financial institutions
Proven track record of managing complex regulatory inquiries and examinations
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
