Key Responsibilities: Dispense HIV/AIDS medications accurately and efficiently in a retail/specialty setting. Foster trust and provide supportive care to patients managing infectious diseases with sensitivity and professionalism. Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and pharmacy team members to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain a proactive approach in identifying workflow needs and stepping in to ensure smooth pharmacy operations. Demonstrate punctuality and commitment to scheduled coverage.
Desired Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail or specialty pharmacy experience with a strong emphasis on HIV/AIDS drug dispensing. Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software and comfortable navigating digital systems. Deep understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of the HIV/AIDS patient population, maintaining a respectful and non-judgmental approach throughout patient interactions. Excellent communication skills, both with patients and providers, fostering a supportive and professional environment. Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and effective problem-solving abilities.
