Customer Service Representative - 1408USA:CO:Commerce City | Customer Service | Full-TimeDescriptionSummary: Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and servicesProcessing customer phone ordersChecking availability of stock and shipping datesQuoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computerAssisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing productsQualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:Prior inside sales/customer service experienceThe ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products salesEfficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus.Excellent communication skillsShould be enthusiastic and able to work independentlyMust have experience performing a majority of the functionsWillingness to learn and take directions when neededData entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is requiredAdditional Information:Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000 Annually DOEPhysical Demand: N/AWorking Conditions: Office environmentTraining/Certifications: NAShift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pmTravel: NAEducation: Bachelors degree preferred but not required.Minimum Required Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
