SAP Technical Program ManagerLocation: Seattle, WA / Dallas, TX / St. Louis, MOJob Type: FulltimeSalary: $140,000 to $160,000 Per AnnumRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP S/4 HANA technology programs SAP S/4HANA transformations. This role is responsible for end-to-end program ownership, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders while meeting business, technical, schedule, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP technical understanding with strong program management, governance, and executive communication skills.Program Leadership & DeliveryOwn end to end delivery of SAP S4 HANA technical programs, including planning, execution, governance, and closureLead multiple SAP workstreams such as S/4HANA implementation or conversion, integration, data migration, testing, and cutoverDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency managementTrack and report program status, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership and steering committeesSAP Technical OversightProvide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA landscapes (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Conversion programs)Ensure SAP solution design aligns with enterprise architecture, scalability, performance, and compliance standardsOversee integration between SAP and non SAP systemsGuide technical decision making in collaboration with solution architects and delivery teamsStakeholder & Governance ManagementAct as the primary interface between business leaders, IT teams, SAP vendors, and system integratorsEstablish and run governance forums, program reviews, and executive status updatesPrepare clear, executive ready communications and decision materialsDrive alignment and resolve escalations across cross functional and multi vendor teamsRisk, Quality & Change ManagementProactively identify technical, operational, and delivery risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to SAP delivery methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and enterprise PMO standardsOversee quality gates, testing governance, change control, and release readinessSupport cutover planning, go live readiness, and post go live stabilizationFinancial & Resource ManagementManage SAP program budgets, forecasts, and financial trackingOversee resource planning, vendor performance, and contract adherenceEnsure delivery within approved cost, scope, and timeline constraintsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
