Dining Room Assistants remove tableware between courses and clear and reset tables after guests leave. Dining Room Assistants take used silverware, dishes, and glassware to their appropriate stations for washing and restock appropriate areas. Dining Room Assistants help servers with food delivery and, where applicable, bread service at tables. Dining Room Assistants respond to guest requests and communicate with servers and hosts as needed to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
