About the role
Pep Boys in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the service and tire team under the Store Service Manager. You will help drive sales across service labor, parts, tires and fleet by partnering with management to keep the shop organized, productive and compliant with standards.
You will assist in customer care, handle work orders and POS transactions, and coach associates on the Pep Boys Customer Care Process.
