DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence across digital, retail, and distribution channels in Miami, Florida. This role connects market insights, performance data, and go-to-market execution to support expansion across multiple brands and regions. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, excels in fast-moving environments, and can translate growth opportunities into scalable marketing programs.Responsibilities:• Shape and lead end-to-end marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across a portfolio of brands.• Direct performance across digital channels and customer lifecycle initiatives, using data to improve conversion, engagement, and long-term value.• Manage external agency partners, set clear expectations, and evaluate results to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact.• Create market-facing demand plans that reflect retail opportunities, distributor objectives, and regional regulatory requirements.• Oversee launch planning for new products, coordinating positioning, timing, channel execution, and promotional strategy.• Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion plans, identifying marketing priorities that support entry into new states and markets.• Build repeatable growth frameworks that can be adapted across brands, customer segments, and geographic regions.• Monitor funnel performance, attribution insights, and key dashboards to guide investment decisions and optimize marketing efficiency.Requirements• At least 7 years of experience in growth-focused, performance-driven, or revenue-oriented marketing leadership roles.• Demonstrated success leading marketing initiatives for multi-brand or multi-market businesses with measurable business outcomes.• Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using attribution models, funnel analysis, and performance reporting tools.• Background managing substantial media or marketing budgets and overseeing external agencies or strategic partners.• Working knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing, analytics platforms, and customer retention or lifecycle strategies.• Ability to balance brand development with commercial performance in both B2B and B2C environments.• Experience in regulated sectors such as hemp, cannabis, alcohol, or supplements is strongly preferred.• Proven ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results with executive-level accountability.Job typePerm
