We bring together the best minds in tech to craft scalable, repeatable solutions that drive real momentum for your business.What You'll DoRole Overview:Aivar Innovations is looking We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own strategic enterprise relationships and revenue growth across North America, with a focus on Financial Services & Life Sciences customers. You will own end -to -end client relationship management and revenue growth for key accounts across North America. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction while driving upsell, cross -sell, and long -term partnerships for Aivar's AI, data, and cloud services.Key responsibilities• Own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts in FSI & Life Sciences firms, acting as the primary contact for all commercial and relationship matters.• Build deep understanding of each client's business, stakeholders, and technology landscape to identify growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities.• Own account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), aligning internal teams to deliver on agreed outcomes.• Coordinate with solution architects, delivery, and marketing to ensure timely, high -quality service delivery and proactive issue resolution.• Work closely with AWS teams on joint opportunities.• Drive renewals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with commercial terms and payment schedules.• Track and report key account metrics (revenue, NPS/CSAT, pipeline, risks) and present updates to sales leadership.Requirements• 8+ years of account management / enterprise sales / client partner experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting background.• Direct experience managing or selling into Financial Services, Life Sciences, organizations in North America.• Demonstrated success in owning revenue, renewals, and upsell/ cross -sell targets for mid -market or enterprise accounts.• Experience working with technology or digital transformation offerings (cloud, data/analytics, AI/ML preferred).Skills and competencies• Strong relationship -building and stakeholder management skills, including comfort engaging with senior and CXO -level clients.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.• Solid commercial acumen: pipeline management, forecasting, pricing discussions, and contract understanding.• High ownership, structured problem -solving, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting (e.g., Salesforce/ HubSpot, Excel/Sheets, dashboards).BenefitsWhy You'll Love Working at AivarLearn from Experts: Work directly with former AWS leaders and AI pioneers.Direct Ownership: Lead high -impact "greenfield" projects from concept to global launch.Modern Tech: Master the latest Generative AI frameworks and cloud -native architectures.Real -World Impact: Build mission -critical systems used by major global enterprises.Rapid Growth: Scale your career quickly in a high -speed.Diversity and InclusionAivar Innovations is an equal opportunity employer.
