About the role
Civil Construction Project ManagerManage all phases of civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal agencies. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. Lead project meetings and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders. Negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies. Track project costs, forecasts, and financial performance. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment. Resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and closeout requirements.
