About the role

About Us: At Valutare, we are building the future of performance management—powered by human-AI collaboration. Designed for growing midmarket companies, Valutare combines behavioral science research with AI technology to amplify—never replace—human talent. We help organizations build agile goal alignment, supportive feedback loops, and private development spaces where people and teams can truly thrive. As we scale our platform and expand our market presence, we are looking for an experienced, active In-House People / HR Leader (Chief People Officer, VP of HR, or Head of People) to join our Board of Advisors.
What You'll Do: As an Advisor, you will serve as a strategic sounding board for our executive team. You will bring real-world, practitioner perspective from inside modern HR organizations to help guide our product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Product & Vision Strategy: Share feedback on Valutare’s product roadmap, core modules (performance, engagement, development), and AI features to ensure they solve the real-world pain points of modern HR teams. Practitioner Insights: Provide direct perspective on current trends in performance enablement, talent management, employee experience, and HR technology buying cycles. Go-To-Market & Messaging Advisory: Help refine our messaging, positioning, and value proposition so it deeply resonates with Heads of HR and People Executives. Network & Industry Connections: Introduce Valutare to potential beta testing partners, prospective customers, and fellow HR executives where appropriate. Quarterly Meetings: Participate in monthly/quarterly advisory calls and periodic informal check-ins with our co-founders.
Who You Are: Active In-House HR Leader: Currently serving (or recently served) as CPO, VP of People/HR, or Chief Human Resources Officer at a mid-market or high-growth company (100–2,000+ employees).Modern Performance Champion: Deeply passionate about moving past legacy annual reviews toward continuous performance enablement, research-backed behavioral science, and employee growth. Forward-Thinking Tech & AI Mindset: Excited about responsible AI integration that augments HR work, upholds privacy and trust, and drives measurable business impact. Strategic & Action-Oriented: Willing to candidly challenge assumptions, offer constructive feedback, and share real scenarios from the HR frontlines.
What We Offer
Equity Compensation: Advisor equity stake (stock options) aligned with contribution level and commitment. Shape the Future of HR Tech: Direct influence on the development of an enterprise-ready, AI-assisted performance management platform. Peer Community: Work alongside a distinguished panel of industry thought leaders, behavioral scientists, and AI innovators.
How to Apply: If you are passionate about transforming how companies enable and develop their people, we’d love to connect. Apply directly via Linked In or email your profile to with a brief note on why modern performance enablement matters to you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
