About the role

CSL is seeking a Manager, Contracts Counsel to lead end-to-end contract drafting, review, and negotiation for the Americas region. You will develop templates, train partners, and optimize legal services while ensuring CLM integrity across a variety of agreements in a hybrid, fast-paced environment. Requirements include a JD, bar admission, 2–5 years relevant experience (biotech/pharma a plus), and fluency in English with strong Spanish/Portuguese skills advantageous.
