About the role
EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Director for its Employee Benefits Group to lead technical strategy, service delivery, and practice development. You will advise on executive compensation, retirement and welfare plans, and review benefit plan documents and filings.
The role requires deep Sections 409A, 83(b), and 457 knowledge, and prior leadership experience within a public accounting or law firm. Collaboration and client service are essential.
