Outpatient orthopedics setting Schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with Fridays off12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week Uses Epic EMRActive CA PT license required at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted Epic EMR experience required Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel pay Contingent workers cannot exceed two years of assignment time without a 90-day break per facility policy Former permanent staff must be separated for at least 6 months to be eligible for a travel assignment
