We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Social Worker for Home Health. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative, and to work towards accomplishing facility goals.

Performs all assignments with honesty, integrity, and care that promotes the mission, vision, and values of Friendship Village.
Education and Experience:
· Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Home Health or Hospice experience preferred. Fosters an environment honoring resident/patient preferences and choices. Exhibits well-developed communication skills. Can professionally receive and follow oral instructions in English. Able to understand and use simple math. Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress related to the position, function independently, and have flexibility and professionalism. Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.
