About the role
Responsibilities:
Manage the LMS and develop engaging digital learning, training resources, and onboarding programs. Design product and sales enablement training that translates complex offerings into clear, actionable content. Create concise video and other digital learning experiences using modern instructional design techniques. Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to deliver effective virtual and live training programs. Analyze learning data, manage external vendors, and continuously improve our talent development programs and processes.
Requirements:
3+ years of design and facilitation experience Bachelor's degree Must be comfortable commuting to Manhattan 5 days a week Strong attention to detail
