About the role
Workiva is seeking a Principal Experience Designer to shape Unify, our enterprise design system. You'll dedicate most of your time to leading visual design direction, token architecture, and reference designs that empower teams to build consistent experiences.
In addition, you'll contribute high-visibility visual work for conferences, marketing partnerships, and executive audiences. Expect collaboration across design, product, and engineering, with a focus on AI-assisted design capabilities.
