About the role
HIP, a leading agency, seeks a Director of Web to own strategy and end-to-end delivery across HIP and Neon Canvas. You will lead the Web Team Leads, unify two brands under one operating model, and own on-time delivery, quality, client retention, margin, and growth. This role focuses on executive leadership, AI-enabled delivery, and setting standards. You'll drive innovation, build playbooks, and influence the direction of the web function in alignment with company-wide AI initiatives.
