Research Associate Location - Irving, TX (hybrid remote included travel 1-2 times a month in the US and Canada) Duration - 6 months Pay Rate - $18/hr Must be: Bachelor's Degree Candidates MUST be within commutable distance (ideally 30 miles) to either the Irving (Texas) or Fort Myers (Florida) Gartner Facility These roles are anticipated to be 100% REMOTE but must be local to one of the above sites for consideration The hours for this position are 10am - 7pm ET Required: DATABASE CRM EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS TIME MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS Job Description The primary responsibility of the role is to support Gartner's Research Engagement Services team with the timely processing of internal and external email volume. Additional responsibilities include service request creation and routing of requests to the appropriate internal teams. The hours for this position are 10am - 7pm ET Key responsibilities include: Monitoring assigned email boxes and promptly processing emails into Gartner's CRM database during working hours. Creating Service Requests (SRs) in Gartner's CRM system as the requests are received. Monitoring a general queue for SRs and promptly routing them to the appropriate teams Provide training and shadowing for new associates in this role.
