Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager at Fried Lam Partners LLC located in Savannah, GA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multi-family properties, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring financial performance goals are met.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations Knowledge of property maintenance and financial management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities Proficiency in property management software
