Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed and well-funded AI company with an incredibly talented VC and company team. The company is still small and is building something different. They are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be a true partner to the CEO, someone who keeps pace with a founder who moves fast, travels, and has a full life outside the office. Salary will be $180-200K plus equity and the position is full-time in the San Francisco office. What you'll own The CEO\'s calendar, managing work, travel, and meetings that move the needle Communications and stakeholder management: triaging email, drafting responses, and representing the CEO's voice with investors, board members, and partners Office operations and culture in the SF office: onboarding, vendors, and making it a place people want to beAd hoc support for the founding team when high-stakes needs arise Who you are3–5 years’ EA or Chief of Staff experience, ideally supporting a founder or senior executive Someone who anticipates needs before they're expressed: you're three steps ahead, not two Comfortable toggling between professional and personal logistics with complete discretion Genuinely curious about AI tools and proactive about using them to work smarter Warm, high-energy, and someone people want to have in the room
