About the role
Martha's Vineyard Hospital seeks a Patient Ambassador to provide accurate information and courteous service to staff, patients, visitors, and callers. You will screen arrivals, offer directions, and coordinate with departments for appointments in a safe, HIPAA-compliant environment.
Onsite role with a 25-hour work week at One Hospital Road, Mass., and duties include escorting patients, assisting with mobility, and handling inquiries through our information lines.
