The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, managing calendars and email correspondences, booking travel, managing expenses, helping with customer service, creating royalty reports and taking on special administrative projects.QualificationsExecutive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skillsAbility to manage schedules and correspondences with strong Communication skillsExperience in Expense Reports and Administrative AssistanceStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite and Zoom meetingsBachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field and/or relevant experience
