Position Overview: Associate Professor of Law(full‑time, tenure‑track) at Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, VA campus. Qualifications: An earned Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and/or LL.M. from an ABA‑approved law school is required. Preference to candidates with teaching and practice experience in Constitutional Law, Business Structures and Agency, Secured Transactions, and Federal Income Tax and Contracts. ExpectationsA dedication to Christ‑centered teaching and learning. A record of or potential for academic scholarship. The ability to teach undergraduate‑level courses. Facility with online instructional technology. A willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.
