SALES MANAGER - FAIRFIELD, NJ$95K - $110K Base + 10% Bonus Eligibility | Player-Coach Leadership Role | team of 8-12WHAT YOU'LL DO:Coach and lead 8-12 outside sales representatives through ride-alongs, role-plays, and 1:1s. Recruit, hire, and onboard new representatives to keep the pipeline full. Provide real-time, in-field training and support, coaching representatives live while they sell. Track KPI's (Activity, Conversion, Close Rate), and coach to the numbers. Plan territory routes for max coverage and productivity. Partner with marketing and operations to keep the customer experience seamless.
WHAT YOU NEED:
3+ Years of Outside\Field sales experience.2+ Years leading a field-based sales team of 8+ Reps. Experience in home service, consumer services, or exterior property services. High-volume recruiting and onboarding experience Have knowledge and strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and sales reporting. Valid driver's licence. This is a field-heavy role.
