Eyeful is looking for a Manager, Paid Social & Search, to manage several paid social and search programs for its clients. A successful candidate must have strong critical thinking and creative capabilities, a desire and ability to become a world-class marketer, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. This person will be responsible for hands-on management of Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive incremental revenue and/or leads for clients across industries, including B2B and B2C. You will also participate in managing paid search accounts in collaboration with our team. This is a part-time position (80-100 hours a month), and while we would prefer someone based in Dallas, we are open to remote candidates throughout the USA.Job Responsibilities & Requirements Own and strategically manage paid social and Google Ads programs in order to drive profitable incremental revenue growth Formulate paid-social strategy for client businesses and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives Fully manage campaign set-up, activation, and day-to-day client communication across search and social Analyze and report on relevant paid media KPIs on a weekly or monthly basis, detailing both successes and opportunities; present findings to senior leaders, both from Eyeful and clients Write ad copy, develop audience strategies, and manage bidding/optimization Provide creative direction as needed Design and perform tests on ad copy and creative landing pages to increase click-through rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and profit margin Utilize strong analytical skills to identify important data points and drive business decisions that maximize revenue and minimize cost, including refining bid strategies Develop forecasts/projections as needed Troubleshoot changes in performance Keep current on the latest trends in the social marketing space Ideal Applicant Profile Track record of high achievement in roles requiring critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity 5+ years of prior hands-on management of direct-response focused paid search and social advertising across leading platforms, including Google, Meta, and LinkedInSignificant experience identifying, building, and testing both B2C and B2B audiences across platforms Proven experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)Ability to understand and optimize campaigns to key performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, etc.)Strong partnership skills and ability to work with various client industries Enthusiastic about paid media marketing and willing to keep up with the latest trends Experience with tracking and attribution modeling a plus Cross-team negotiation skills and superior communication skills Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Advanced Excel skills Bachelor’s Degree
