About the role

We’re looking for people who already have relationships in the automotive dealership world - dealership owners, General Managers, BDC leaders, dealer groups, or other decision-makers. This is an opportunity to monetize the network you’ve already built. This is not a traditional sales role. Your primary responsibility is simply to introduce us to people in your network who could potentially become clients. Once the introduction is made, our team handles the sales process, closing, onboarding, support, billing, and ongoing client relationship. You can have a full-time job, run your own business, or work with other companies. There are no required hours, quotas, or account management responsibilities. If someone you introduce becomes a paying client, you receive 40% of the gross revenue we collect from that client every month for as long as they remain a customer. Our clients typically spend $500-$1,000/month. At an average of $750/month, that’s approximately $300/month in recurring commission per active client.5 clients = ~$1,500/month 10 clients = ~$3,000/month 20 clients = ~$6,000/month 30 clients = ~$9,000/month 50 clients = ~$15,000/month We will provide full product training and product knowledge, as well as any materials you may need to make introductions - presentations, websites, product information, talking points, and other supporting materials. You will not be expected to create sales or marketing materials yourself. All compensation terms, including the 40% recurring commission, attribution of referred clients, payment terms, and ongoing commission rights, will be clearly documented in a written agreement so both sides know exactly how the relationship works before getting started.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
