About the role
Providing essential administrative and operational support for the High School Summer Abroad program, the Temporary Sales Operations Coordinator will manage high-volume data entry, student enrollment processes, and the Academic Merit Award process while working remotely on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities:
Support administrative and operational projects related to student enrollment and preparation for the High School Study Abroad program
Manage the Academic Merit Award process, including tracking applications and processing award decisions
Maintain accurate student records and perform high-volume data entry, audits, and system updates
Required qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks and data entry accurately
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting and filtering data
Previous administrative, office, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
Experience with CRM systems or similar platforms is helpful but not required
