About the role

Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-leaning) Our client is building the financial operating system for dental practices, a $100B+ market. Backed by $50M+ from Bessemer, American Express, Felicis and Health Velocity Capital, they run two products: Marketplace: the leading dental procurement platform in the US, profitable since Q1 2026.RCM (Revenue Cycle Management): a new AI-native platform that automates insurance claims, follow-ups and payment posting. It’s moving from beta to full launch between late 2026 and Q1 2027, with patient payments and finance products next on the roadmap.
The role: You’ll be one of the senior engineers shaping RCM at launch. The core challenge: turning a very complex, workflow-heavy process into simple, intuitive interfaces for practice owners and their teams. You’ll own features end to end, help set frontend standards for the team, and also contribute to the Marketplace.
What you’ll do:
  • Build and own RCM product features from vague requirement to production
  • Design the frontend architecture in React + TypeScript (TanStack Router, TanStack Query, Zod)
  • Build and maintain the Python/FastAPI endpoints and data models behind your features
  • Raise the quality bar through code reviews, standards and mentoring
  • Use coding agents as a real part of your workflow, while reviewing their output as rigorously as a teammate’s PRWhat we’re looking for 6+ years of software engineering with a frontend focus
  • Deep React + TypeScript expertise and strong UI fundamentals (layout, performance, state management, data fetching)
  • Experience at startups or growth-stage companies with strong engineering cultures
  • Enough backend range to work comfortably in Python/FastAPIHands-on experience with coding agents, and clear opinions on where they help and where they fail
  • Strong product instincts and attention to detail
Nice to have: TanStack Router / Query and Zod in production Payments, billing or insurance-adjacent productsB2B SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or healthcare/dental experience

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
