They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Black Canyon City, AZ.Daily reporting for MOT operations.Tracking and scheduling subcontractors.MOT shift could be night, swing or day's.The ideal candidate is someone who can manage an entire project, and understands civil construction, and/or has experience in civil engineering. There will be multiple self-perform crews, and you will assist in managing subcontractors, managing schedules and attending meetings with the owner's reps.We offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!
