About the role

GEO Corrections & Detentions is seeking a Violent Crime Reduction Instructor to deliver structured group programming that promotes offender accountability and long-term behavior change. You will facilitate 90-minute sessions for about 15 participants using an evidence-based curriculum, guiding non-violent problem-solving while maintaining safety and documentation standards. A background in corrections and de-escalation is preferred.
