About the role

Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. You will own the complete marketing strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
