Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant performs various administrative and office support activities for the office. The position includes answering phones, making copies, word processing, and preparing submission packages.ResponsibilitiesAnswer multi-line telephone system and direct calls accordinglyReceive and direct clients and/or visitorsResponsible for document and plan reproduction, word processing, filing, and sending faxesMake plan setsAssist in preparation and finalization of client proposalsPrepare and coordinate reports and engineering submission packagesMaintain office files, documents and environmentSchedule meetings and conference calls as requiredHandle daily distribution of external and internal mail.
