Sr. Fullstack Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise inbackend development to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence inReact, NodeJS, and AWS with strong leadership skills to guide engineering teams, ensurearchitectural soundness, and deliver business-critical solutions.

Responsibilities: Architecture & Development○ Translate business and technical requirements into well-designed, architectedsoftware services and user-facing applications.○ Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle across frontend and backendsystems.○ Design and implement scalable, reusable, and high-quality code using NodeJSand modern ReactJS principles.○ Build backward-compatible, flexible APIs for seamless service integrations.○ Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services with UI components.○ Ensure applications follow responsive design principles and deliver a world-classuser experience. Quality & Performance○ Establish and enforce unit test coverage of 80%+ and maintain automationacross testing pipelines.○ Write and maintain functional tests for mission-critical features.○ Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across applications andservices.○ Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues promptly. Leadership & Collaboration○ Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and enforce best practicesacross the team.○ Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and otherstakeholders.○ Stay plugged into emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends tocontinuously evolve the tech stack.○ Facilitate brainstorming sessions to solve complex infrastructure, scalability, andsecurity challenges. Required Skills &Qualifications8–10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), NodeJS, ReactJS, and Express. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend integrations. Proficiency with AWS cloud services and DevOps workflows. Hands-on expertise with Git/GitHub workflows. Experience writing and maintaining unit and functional tests. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or projects. Desired Skills &Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalentexperience).Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS pipelines).Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, and state management best practices. Knowledge of security, scalability, and performance optimization patterns. Prior experience working with ERP, CMS, or large-scale enterprise systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
