The successful candidate will be tasked with defining, implementing, and overseeing the organization's enterprise cybersecurity strategy. This includes serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic direction across various cybersecurity domains such as operations, cloud security, governance, risk and compliance, incident response, security architecture, and awareness programs. The VP will also be responsible for leading efforts to safeguard critical systems, digital assets, and sensitive information, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational security requirements, and delivering executive and board-level reporting on the cybersecurity program. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years' of experience in cybersecurity and related disciplines, and a minimum of 5 years in senior cybersecurity leadership roles. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, experience with regulatory and compliance standards, and a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise security programs are essential. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, project management, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage complex security initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant cybersecurity leadership certifications. The VP will also be expected to foster relationships with various stakeholders and lead and mentor senior cybersecurity leaders and technical teams.FunctionsInformation Technology
