ABOUT THE ROLE:
Strategic Advisor – AI-Powered Alzheimer's Care is a high-impact advisory role for accomplished healthcare executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, investors, operators, and innovation leaders who are passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence and precision medicine to transform Alzheimer's care. Advisory Board Members provide strategic insight as ATCA expands its AI-enabled clinical platform, develops national partnerships, and scales innovative approaches to cognitive healthcare. Members collaborate with nationally recognized physicians, healthcare innovators, and executive leaders working to build the future of personalized brain health. This advisory position requires approximately 1–2 hours per month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advise leadership on AI strategy, commercialization, healthcare innovation, and organizational growth.• Provide strategic guidance on reimbursement, operations, partnerships, and national expansion.• Introduce strategic relationships across healthcare systems, life sciences, digital health, technology companies, employer health, and investment communities.• Participate in periodic virtual Advisory Board meetings and provide ongoing strategic insight.• Help shape the future of AI-driven precision medicine for Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
We welcome applications from accomplished leaders with experience in one or more of the following:• Healthcare executive leadership• Physicians with leadership, innovation, or practice-building experience• Artificial intelligence, machine learning, or healthcare technology• Digital health or software-enabled healthcare• Biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries• Healthcare entrepreneurship or company scaling• Corporate strategy, business development, or innovation• Private equity, venture capital, family office, or healthcare investing• Health systems, payer organizations, or value-based care• Board, advisory board, or governance experience Ideal candidates include physicians, healthcare executives, founders, operators, entrepreneurs, investors, and technology leaders with a demonstrated history of building organizations, leading innovation, scaling businesses, or influencing strategic healthcare initiatives.
